Job summary

A leader in environmental services is seeking a Water Hygiene Technician to work across the North West and Yorkshire. This role involves ensuring water hygiene compliance and includes responsibilities such as cleaning and chlorinating water systems. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, a company vehicle, and benefits including 25 days of annual leave. Applicants must have proven experience in water hygiene and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or Legionella control tasks.
  • Knowledge of UK compliance requirements (ACoP L8/HSG274).
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of critical water hygiene and water treatment tasks.
  • Execute cleaning and chlorination of various water systems.
  • Conduct servicing of TMVs and Calorifiers.
  • Undertake essential plumbing remedial work and system maintenance.
