A healthcare organization in Dingwall is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Senior Charge Nurse. The role requires a minimum of 5 years experience as a Band 5 nurse, supporting ward leadership, staff management, and clinical audits. The Rehabilitation Ward at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Dingwall is looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic Deputy Senior Charge Nurse.
Previous experience as a band 5 for at least 5 years would be essential, and experience in a leadership role is desirable.
The successful candidate would support the senior charge nurse with off duty, staff management, and clinical audits. They would also contribute to the leadership of the ward and the infusion suite/outpatient services.
