A leading support care provider in England seeks a part-time support worker for 21 hours per week in Eastleigh. Location : Eastleigh
Part-time permanent support worker role with 21 hours per week, plus bank shifts to cover absences. Typical shifts are 7 hours long; timings are 7.30am-2.30pm and 2.00pm-9.00pm, Monday to Sunday. Pay: Weekdays £15.74 per hour; Weekends £18.08 per hour.
Interviews will take place in January 2026. Start date: ASAP (subject to satisfactory employment checks).
Essential: Experience in working with adults with brain injury who can present with physically challenging behaviour.
Desirable: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in care, basic IT skills, and an interest in therapy.
Ongoing training and support provided; 5.6 weeks of annual leave pro rata; Free DBS check; Pension (subject to qualifying status). Induction and relevant training opportunities (including The Care Certificate); regular clinical supervision/review meetings; ongoing support from a dedicated Case Manager and HR department.
