We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of 18 at our site in Boroughbridge . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and growing company in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Health & Safety
• Ensure all team members follow H&S procedures
• Identify and resolve potential hazards
• Promote a culture of safety-first on the shop floor
• Quality & Compliance
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time
• Ensure products are made right first time
• Production Performance
• Support and drive team KPIs
• Identify ways to reduce downtime
• Escalate plant or process issues promptly
• Train and develop team members
• Create and ensure SOPs are followed
• Encourage ownership and accountability
• Manage performance issues and escalate when needed

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Production Supervisor , Line Leader, Team Leader , or similar in a fast-paced environment

Confident communicator with strong leadership qualities

A proactive mindset focused on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement

Desire to grow and develop yourself
