A leading UK aviation company in Cambridge is seeking skilled personnel for aircraft maintenance and repairs. This role involves ensuring safety and compliance while working with aircraft structures and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate should have completed accredited A&P training and possess strong problem-solving skills along with a commitment to continuous improvement. To conduct maintenance, modifications, and repairs to aircraft structure & mechanical systems in accordance with work card instructions and relevant controlled technical documentation.
Actively support, promote, and contribute to continuous improvement ideas and activity to ensure that progressive gains in efficiency are maintained.
Accountable for the safe and compliant completion of maintenance and modifications on aircraft under the supervision of a Technician or Team Leader.
