A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a busy accident repair centre in High Wycombe. This role requires proven experience in a bodyshop and strong knowledge of paint systems. Responsibilities include preparing vehicles for paint, applying finishes, and ensuring all work is done to high standards. The ideal candidate will maintain attention to detail and possess a full UK driving licence.

- Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming
- Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out full resprays, panel refinishing and smart repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high quality
- Working closely with the workshop team to maintain workflow
- Maintaining spray booths and a clean working environment
Conoscenze
Kolt Recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a busy and established accident repair centre based in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to join a professional bodyshop team where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are at the forefront of the operation.
- Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming
- Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out full resprays, panel refinishing and smart repairs where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high quality and within agreed timeframes
- Working closely with the workshop team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintaining spray booths, equipment and a clean working environment
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent paint systems
- Ability to achieve high-quality finishes consistently
- Good time management and the ability to work efficiently
- Keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
