Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out full resprays, panel refinishing and smart repairs
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high quality
  • Working closely with the workshop team to maintain workflow
  • Maintaining spray booths and a clean working environment

Kolt Recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a busy and established accident repair centre based in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to join a professional bodyshop team where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are at the forefront of the operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming
  • Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards
  • Carrying out full resprays, panel refinishing and smart repairs where required
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high quality and within agreed timeframes
  • Working closely with the workshop team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Maintaining spray booths, equipment and a clean working environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
  • Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent paint systems
  • Ability to achieve high-quality finishes consistently
  • Good time management and the ability to work efficiently
  • Keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
