More about your role
You will work in a busy leisure facility, helping to increase membership by creating a friendly, welcoming environment that supports customers' choices on how, when, and where they are active. You will support your team in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting the benefits of activity in all its forms.
You will lead and coach the membership teams to respond to all enquiries from prospective and current members, following processes and using provided technology. You will follow up with prospects who do not join, monitor sales performance, and complete reporting requirements within deadlines. You will ensure your team employs sales tools and techniques as documented in the Places Leisure Membership Management Manual and through coaching and training.

More about you
You should have experience in membership sales, ideally within leisure or hospitality, and experience leading teams to meet KPIs. Passion for health and fitness and strong product knowledge are essential. You will need to motivate your team and demonstrate your ability to hit targets, both individually and as a team. As a manager, you should lead from the front, comfortable showing prospective members around and motivating your team.
