What You'll Do:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of key platform features
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into robust, scalable solutions
- Mentor, guide, and grow a talented engineering team, while setting best practices for code quality, performance, and security
- Stay hands-on with code, while also steering technical strategy and project planning
- Champion an agile development process, ensuring efficient delivery and iteration
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading teams in a fast-growing startup environment
- Strong backend development skills and experience with cloud- technologies
- Hands-on experience with modern fintech tools, APIs, and scalable systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing industry
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar sectors
