This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and contribute to our Investment Banking business.

Our market-leading EMEA Business Services sector coverage team is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients in the broader business services sector. The team maintains relationships with prominent business services companies and investors across various subsectors including Professional Services, Testing/Inspection/Certification, Facility Services, Infrastructure Services, Engineering, Distribution, Security, HR services, and others.

As an Analyst in the EMEA Business Services Investment Banking coverage team, you will play a key role in maintaining strategic dialogue with clients and executing M&A, equity, and financing capital market transactions. You will collaborate with associates and senior bankers, and have opportunities to partner with colleagues from other country and product teams such as M&A, ECM, and Leveraged Finance.

1. Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
2. Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives.
3. Guide and review detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses.
4. Contribute to financial analyses related to M&A transactions or pitch situations.
5. Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to analysts.

1. Relevant investment banking experience.

3. Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
4. Ability to interact professionally and maturely with clients.
5. Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend ideas.

1. European language skills in addition to English.
2. Investment banking or private equity experience in the Business Services sector.
