If you've already completed RO1 and have some experience with report writing or technical admin, this is your chance to move into a structured paraplanning pathway - with mentorship, study support, and hands‑on exposure to the full advice process.
- Supporting case analysis and producing AI‑assisted suitability reports.
- Conducting research across pensions, investments, and protection.
- Drafting suitability letters and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with advisers and compliance to keep cases moving.
- Learning the ropes of technical calculations, compliance, and client implementation.
- RO1 qualification (CII or equivalent) - essential.
- A clear desire to complete your Diploma and grow into a full Paraplanner role.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning‑focused mindset.
- Some experience in financial services admin or technical support.
- £25,000-£28,000 salary depending on experience.
- Up to 15% bonus (10% production + 5% performance).
