Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level organisational and administrative support to Experian's UK&I Leadership Team to ensure their time and priorities are managed effectively.

What You'll Do
  • You will manage complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimised.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops from logistics to minute-taking and follow-ups.
  • You will prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and board-level documentation.
  • Handle travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Support internal communications and engagement initiatives, including team events and recognition activities.
  • Be a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Partner with other EAs and PAs across the business to ensure seamless coordination of leadership activities.
  • Support onboarding for new starters and contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, corporate organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to be completed.
  • Tailor communication style to suit the diverse audience across different levels of seniority.
  • Focus on details and deliver work to a consistently high standard.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative team player.
