Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant with strong experience in finance roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Accounts team for effective operations.
  • Oversee company bank accounts and ensure financial compliance.
  • Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Manage payroll and ensure compliance with HMRC obligations.
  • Lead year-end audit and financial analysis.
  • Provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Act as primary HR contact supporting policy compliance.
