A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading business cases, managing sales performance reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of Sales Incentive Payments. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience in finance partnering and strong analytical skills. This role offers a salary starting at £55,000 per annum, along with various Bupa benefits and a hybrid work arrangement.

Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours) | Status: Permanent | Work arrangement: Hybrid (online and office)
Salary: Starting at £55,000 per annum plus Bupa benefits

- Partner with Transformation teams to provide financial insight and support delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Lead financial input into business cases, ensuring robust cost-benefit analysis.
- Track benefits realisation and complete post-implementation reviews for major projects.
- Own and deliver regular sales performance reporting, including revenue tracking and pipeline analysis.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end process for Sales Incentive Payments (SIP), ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for Transformation and Sales functions.
- Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Qualified accountant (specify qualification on application).
- Previous experience in Finance Business Partnering is required.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
- Proven experience in business case appraisals is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
