We are now seeking an experienced Level 4-qualified Financial Adviser (DipPFS or equivalent) who wishes to progress to Chartered and build a long-term career in a stable, supportive, and client-focused environment.
This is a rare succession opportunity to inherit, nurture, and grow a portfolio of long-standing clients aged 55+, supported by a full in-house team and modern advice systems. You will work closely with our Managing Director as part of a structured handover.

- Hybrid working with required presence in Sleaford

Essential
- Level 4 qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)
- Valid SPS
- UK client-facing adviser experience
- Strong pensions and investment planning knowledge
- Clear, confident communicator
- Comfortable using technology to enhance advice delivery
Desirable
- Public sector pension experience
- Cashflow modelling familiarity
- Interest in developing client education resources
