A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a construction business in Worcester. The role involves leading a finance team, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have over 12 years in finance, preferably in construction. Competitive salary ranging from $240,000 to $300,000 with performance-related bonuses and opportunities for professional growth.
