A local authority in Oldham is seeking a Building Control Officer to oversee domestic and commercial applications. Candidates must be registered at Class 2a minimum and possess strong communication and technical skills. The role involves mentoring junior staff and participating in standby duties. - Train and mentor junior staff.
- Participate in an out of hours dangerous structure standby rota.
