Job summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Night Service Controller to provide out-of-hours support ensuring service delivery for major clients. The role involves working flexible day and night shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities include responding to urgent queries, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance across various sectors.
