Job summary
A leading multinational company is looking for a FP&A Business Partner in Wolverhampton. This role provides essential financial insights to support the Industrial Sales group across Europe. This is an exciting time to be joining NCH post‑merger with Solenis. Following an internal promotion within the FP&A department, we are seeking to hire an FP&A Business Partner to support the Industrial Sales group in Europe. The position is very hands‑on, providing commercial and financial insight to aid decision‑making and drive forward a highly profitable and growing business
- Act as the go‑to finance partner for the EVP of Sales (Industrial Europe)
- Deliver monthly commentaries & presentations with clear insights into performance
- Lead annual planning, forecasting & strategic plans aligned with Global HQ (Delaware, USA)
- Build financial models & business cases for product launches, acquisitions & expansion
- Support integration with Solenis, guiding stakeholders on Tableau & OneStream
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to influence key decisions
- Travel ~10% across Europe
- CIMA / ACCA qualified (essential), with a degree in Accounting / Finance preferred
- Strong FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
- Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills; Oracle knowledge desirable
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non‑financial leaders
- Commercially savvy, proactive, and deadline‑driven
