This is an exciting time to be joining NCH post‑merger with Solenis. Following an internal promotion within the FP&A department, we are seeking to hire an FP&A Business Partner to support the Industrial Sales group in Europe. The position is very hands‑on, providing commercial and financial insight to aid decision‑making and drive forward a highly profitable and growing business

What you’ll do
  • Act as the go‑to finance partner for the EVP of Sales (Industrial Europe)
  • Deliver monthly commentaries & presentations with clear insights into performance
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting & strategic plans aligned with Global HQ (Delaware, USA)
  • Build financial models & business cases for product launches, acquisitions & expansion
  • Support integration with Solenis, guiding stakeholders on Tableau & OneStream
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis to influence key decisions
  • Travel ~10% across Europe
What we’re looking for
  • CIMA / ACCA qualified (essential), with a degree in Accounting / Finance preferred
  • Strong FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
  • Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills; Oracle knowledge desirable
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non‑financial leaders
  • Commercially savvy, proactive, and deadline‑driven
