Job summary
A leading fashion retailer in Chesterfield is seeking a Team Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a team of Retail Assistants. This role involves commercial planning, motivation, and enhancing customer experience. Ideal candidates possess leadership experience and excellent organizational skills. The position offers a full-time contract with competitive salary and benefits including annual leave and pension.

Responsibilities
- Support daily running of the store as part of the management team.
- Oversee allocated section, including planning and stock management.
- Motivate and coach team to improve store environment and experience.
Skills
Location: Primark Chesterfield.
Salary: £32,222 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time, 5 days out of 7. End date 04.01.27.
- Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store - including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
- Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
- Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
- Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.

- Leadership experience and coaching skills - ability to influence your team to communicate, engage and challenge whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of your actions.
