Role Title - Retail Assistant - High Wycombe - 4 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company working with well-known retailers and high street brands such as River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and more.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. We offer:

• £11.64 per hour
• Free jewellery – worth £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – work anytime during the day that suits you

You will be based in High Wycombe but may need to travel to different stores within your zone. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required. We are looking for candidates available to start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to facilitate work.

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with store management to enhance sales and build relationships

Note: The Christmas period is our busiest time; leave requests in December cannot be approved.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in fashion
• Sales or retail experience is preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone (Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+)
