Job summary
A coffee and tea production company in Birmingham is seeking a machine operator for their second shift. This is a second shift position with a starting rate of $21 on second shift.

- Sets up, operates, and maintains high speed coffee or tea packaging machine.
- Prepping machine for production, setting case maker for desired case, maintaining quality checks, replenish machine as needed, removing material from machine, and cleaning machine area.
- Will also perform other production tasks including assembling boxes and labeling shippers.
- You bring your strong work ethic and attention to detail, and we will train you on the job!
- We offer a four-day work week! Second Shift regular schedule is 3:30 pm - 2 am Mon - Thurs. You must be available to work overtime on Friday, when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Machine operator experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to move at a rapid pace in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Reading ability
