Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm (flexible)

Do you enjoy hands‑on, practical work and take pride in producing high‑quality results? This expanding manufacturing team is looking for a Production Operative to support continued growth and help deliver exceptional products to their customers.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive production team that values teamwork, precision, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working on the production line, assembling and preparing products for dispatch
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Following quality procedures to ensure every item meets high standards
• Lifting and moving large, bulky materials (training provided)
• Supporting LEAN manufacturing principles and efficiency improvements
