A leading global food and beverage company in Reading is seeking an Integrated Demand & Event Manager to connect commercial initiatives with operational planning. This role involves managing demand forecasting, leading daily meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience in demand planning. Advanced analytical skills and experience with systems like Prolink are essential. The Integrated Demand & Event Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting commercial initiatives, demand sensing, and operational planning to deliver a seamless and responsive supply chain. This role ensures that daily and event‑driven demand signals are accurately reflected in forecasts, enabling the business to optimize service, minimize waste, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
