A growing asset-based lender in the West Midlands is seeking an Asset Based Lending Auditor and Surveyor to conduct audits and assess financial security for various business clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Receivables Audit and a strong understanding of Financial Accounting. Offers an industry-leading salary and benefits including a car allowance.
Our client is a highly prestigious and growing Asset Based Lender supporting a variety of business clients from partnerships to major corporate Plc’s. Due to sustained growth they seek an Asset Based Lending Auditor and Surveyor to join their team in the Midlands.
You will be responsible for conducting complex audits and performing due diligence on new and existing clients to assess the financial security and identify potential areas of risk. Audits are conducted at the client’s premises and involve the full analysis of management accounts and business systems.
Previous experience in a Receivables and/or ABL Audit role is essential along with an in-depth understanding of Financial Accounting and its practical application in a business lending environment. ACCA / ACA or part qualified accounting qualifications are desirable.
