  • Chase renewal forms and set up renewal leads including claims and peril checks.
  • Create and maintain renewal lists and reports.
  • Prepare and distribute SMT service reports.

The Operations Assistant provides essential administrative and office support to ensure the smooth running of operations. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for an entry level role and who is highly organised, proactive, great data entry / excel skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and has a drive to progress their career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
Main Administrative Duties
  • Manage various shared mailboxes and allocate work to underwriters.
  • Perform bulk sanctions uploads and manage the sanctions dashboard.
  • Chase renewal forms and handle renewal leads setup (including claims and peril checks).
  • Create and maintain renewal lists and reports.
  • Manage transfer of agency requests.
  • Survey requests & management.
  • Archive and organise documentation as required.
  • Prepare and distribute SMT service reports.
  • Handling Excel projects / data entry for the Operations Team
  • Issue policy documents to brokers.
  • General administration duties for the operations, underwriting and claims teams.
Office Support
  • Collect and distribute post.
  • Ensure the office and meeting rooms are tidy and well-presented.
  • Order and maintain kitchen and office supplies.
Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • No previous experience required
