We are looking for a talented Waiter/Waitress to work in the Poker Room at London’s most exciting entertainment venue, the Hippodrome. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the venue with a desire to develop their career. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere, serving food and beverages discreetly, and providing excellent customer service.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a fun-loving, warm, and friendly personality
• A desire to make every guest happy by offering a unique experience that exceeds their expectations
• A sociable personality who engages easily with guests, is intuitive to their needs, and seeks to offer more
• A proactive, highly motivated approach and pride in the quality of work

Applicants must have at least six months of waiting experience in a similar environment. To work at the Hippodrome, you need to have fluent English language skills and be:

• Professional, positive, and results-focused
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure
• Forward-thinking and continually seeking innovative ways to improve
• At least eighteen years old
• Eligible to work in the UK
