Pub Overview

The New Inn will be a great community local, with a lively calendar of sports and entertainment.

Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer.

The area

The New Inn is located within a housing estate in the town of Gleadless, close to Sheffield. There are 6 competitors within a 10-minute drive time, but all sit outside the core estate.

The offer

The New Inn will offer a range of quality drinks including beers, ciders, wines and spirits along with soft drinks and low and no alcohol options. The pub will have a strong calendar of events for the community, with live sports, local teams, and occasional live entertainment on offer.
