Key Stage 3 English Teacher – Sheffield – Immediate Start to July – Potential Extension in September

Position: Key Stage 3 English Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Temporary, with the possibility of extension in September
Pay: £150 - £200 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons across Key Stage 3.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to support both academic and personal development.
* Implement school policies and contribute to curriculum planning – curriculum oversight experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate with school staff to maintain a supportive classroom setting.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your teaching skills.

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Key Stage 3 English Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience in teaching English to KS3 students.
* Strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
* Passionate about promoting literacy and inspiring a love of learning.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply – support available.
