Job summary
A leading social housing contractor in Nottingham is looking for an experienced domestic Service and Breakdown engineer. The role involves servicing and repairing domestic gas appliances and boilers, performing routine maintenance, and managing supply inventory. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a gas engineer and possess specific qualifications (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT). The position offers a company van, holiday benefits, a pension scheme, and a bonus scheme.

Responsibilities
- Service and repair domestic gas appliances and boilers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials.
- Participate in an out of hours call out rota (every 1 in 6 weeks).
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues.
- Report any non-compliance or process failures to management.
