A leading facilities management provider is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join their team in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial settings, responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical systems. - Qualified to at least City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role within the facilities management industry.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel and contractors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial settings, as they will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
This is a mobile opportunity, covering Birmingham & surrounding areas.
- Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Van & fuel card supplied
- Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
- Participation in an 'out of hours' on call rota (to be confirmed)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
