As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, with a primary focus on electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, ensuring optimum performance of building systems.
• Perform general building repairs, plumbing work, drainage, and other duties as required by the client.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks via the PDA-based computerised maintenance system.
• Collaborate with specialist subcontractors to complete PPM and reactive work.
• Follow all site-specific procedures and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
• Proactively inspect services and perform repairs as necessary.
