Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Corby, Northamptonshire. This role involves leading a team of engineers, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, be level 3 qualified in Electrical, and possess strong PLC troubleshooting skills. Competitive salary of £48,000–£50,000 per annum with additional benefits including overtime and career progression opportunities.

- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and fault-finding.
- Knowledgeable in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 5 engineers.
- Manage PPM schedules using CMMS tools.
- Diagnose and repair various systems including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
