Job summary

A leading global real estate services firm is looking for a Shift Technician in Southall, England. This role involves routine maintenance of HV and LV systems, monitoring BMS, and addressing HVAC issues. Candidates should have City & Guilds Electrical Competency and experience in critical environments. The position requires strong customer relationship skills, the ability to understand technical drawings, and experience with CMMS and BMS systems. A 12-hour rotating shift is part of the role.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Electrical Competency certification or equivalent required.
• Experience in critical environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of systems to work required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks across HV and LV distribution systems.
• Monitor BMS for running and alarm conditions.
• Investigate faults and implement solutions.
• Provide emergency response and support during absences.
