A leading cloud services provider in the UK seeks a Data Centre Engineering Operations Apprentice to engage in hands-on operations and maintenance of critical electrical systems for data centres. Successful candidates will develop key skills through practical training, working alongside experienced engineers. Ideal applicants will have a strong technical aptitude and be eager to learn. The role requires UK residency, and candidates must be willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026).
• UK national and able to obtain UK Government Security Clearance.
• Right to live and work in England.
• Lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years.
• Not registered for a UK government-funded course ending August 2026 or later.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day data centre operations.
• Carry out maintenance checks on power equipment.
• Monitor electrical distribution systems.
• Support emergency response procedures.
• Operate Building-Management Systems.
