A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full-time mobile position covering London and Greater London. The ideal candidate will be electrically level 3 qualified with 18th Edition and have a strong background in commercial building services maintenance. The role involves maintaining plant rooms, and hot and cold water systems. A full UK driving license is required. Excellent salary and benefits including a company van and 25 days holiday are offered.
Electrical bias Building Services Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias multi‑skilled Building Services Engineer for a full‑time mobile position covering London and Greater London. This position will be working within a team of engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites throughout the South East. The right person for this position will be electrically level 3 qualified with 18th Edition; 2391 test and inspect would be a bonus but not essential. They do need to be a multi‑skilled building services engineer and able to deal with plant room maintenance, fan coil maintenance, hot and cold water etc. This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence.
