A leading staffing agency is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in Chichester. In this full-time, permanent position, you'll perform both planned and reactive maintenance in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience and electrical or mechanical qualifications, with a strong focus on problem-solving and teamwork. Were looking for a hands-on

Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

to join a well-established manufacturing site in

Chichester!

Youll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of production equipment. Youll play a key part in keeping the factory running efficiently, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring all machinery operates safely and reliably.

This is a

Full-Time, Permanent

position with opportunities for training and career development.

What you'll be doing
  • Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults across pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Support machinery installations, upgrades, and commissioning projects
  • Ensure all equipment operates safely and downtime is minimised
  • Maintain accurate service records and report maintenance activities
  • Work collaboratively within a small engineering team to deliver efficient plant support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process reliability initiatives
Hours

Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm

Pay

£43,000 per annum
