A prominent FM and maintenance company in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum alongside benefits such as progression opportunities and 26 days' holiday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for PPMs, compliance, and managing client relationships. Candidates must have relevant electrical qualifications and experience in building maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have 17th edition and 18th edition qualifications.
  • Experience in electrical building maintenance is required.
  • A valid driving licence is necessary.

Responsabilités

  • Carry out PPMs and reactive works on site.
  • Ensure compliance with task schedules and best practices.
  • Monitor main plant and equipment within buildings.
  • Maintain good working relationships with employees and clients.
  • Supervise subcontractors for compliance with site processes.
  • Manage the on-site CAFM and Concept systems.
