A fast-evolving creative agency in Greater London is searching for a motion designer to shape internal branding and produce innovative content for diverse clients. This role offers the chance to work on various projects, from animation to branded films. The ideal candidate has experience in motion design, a strong portfolio, and the ambition to grow within a creative team. Access to professional development benefits is also provided.

You’ll be our first in-house motion designer—so it’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, grow quickly, and help shape the creative output of a fast‑evolving agency.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Art to develop internal brand materials (like showreels, case study videos, and sizzle content) and deliver standout creative for clients across a huge range of sectors. From tech to soft drinks, banks to beauty, the work is varied—and always thoughtful.
We’re looking for someone who can turn storyboards, scripts, and sometimes just strong insights into motion work that surprises and informs. You should be confident working across both film and animation, or eager to grow in both.
