Video Content Producer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Content Producer to lead video creation across our portfolio of 20+ software and payments brands.

This is a hands‑on creative role where you’ll bring stories to life, producing everything from customer testimonials and product explainers to event highlights and short‑form social clips. You’ll combine strong technical ability with creativity and storytelling to create videos that engage audiences, strengthen our brands, and drive commercial impact.

You’ll collaborate with marketers, designers, and product experts to plan and produce high‑quality, on‑brand video content, and when needed, coordinate external partners to deliver standout results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for campaigns, product launches, and social channels.

Manage lighting, sound, and camera setup for both in‑studio and on‑location shoots.

Edit raw footage into polished assets, including motion graphics and branded visuals.

Optimise content for a range of platforms — website, YouTube, LinkedIn, paid campaigns, and more.

Coordinate shoot logistics, locations, and stakeholder availability across multiple brands.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and the content team to align visuals with campaign objectives.

Partner with the wider marketing team to embed video into every stage of the customer journey.

Stay on top of emerging trends in B2B video, short‑form storytelling, and AI‑powered production tools.

Build efficient workflows and best practices to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of video output.

About You

Proven experience in video production, from concept and filming to editing and delivery.

Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro (or similar).

Strong eye for storytelling, composition, and brand alignment.

Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.

Confident working with stakeholders and putting people at ease on camera.

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative marketing team.

Willingness to travel within the UK for on‑site filming.

(Bonus) Experience producing B2B or multi‑brand video content.
