Mode Search is proud to be partnered with a rapidly growing luxury fashion brand to appoint a visionary Art Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the creative direction of a brand with a strong global presence and ambitious growth plans.

Working closely with senior leadership, the Art Director will drive brand storytelling across all visual platforms, ensuring a cohesive, elevated identity that resonates with a luxury audience.

• Define and lead the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, lookbooks, digital, retail, and social platforms.
• Conceptualise and direct photo and video shoots, from pre-production to post.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to deliver integrated creative content.
• Maintain high visual standards and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Oversee graphic design output and manage external creative resources as needed.
• Guide and inspire a small creative team, ensuring timely delivery and innovation.

• Proven experience as an Art Director within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle space.
• Deep understanding of branding, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experienced in directing shoots and managing creative production workflows.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design/editing tools.
• A natural leader with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
