You’ll be joining our Creative Production Unit – the central hub for content production within Bauer Media Group Communications. We create engaging content for internal and external audiences, from live streamed events and townhalls to podcasts, interviews, and editorial features. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll work closely with talented colleagues across Europe.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of creative projects, supporting everything from pre‑production planning to post‑production editing. Your organisational skills and creative eye will help us maintain high production standards and deliver compelling content that connects with audiences across multiple platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating logistics for shoots and live events, including booking studios, kit, crew, and travel.
• Managing timelines and resources to keep projects on track.
• Preparing and organising equipment, and maintaining our cloud‑based content library.
• Assisting with edits, producing rough cuts, and contributing creatively to pacing and music selection.
• Supporting the creation of graphics and overlays to maintain Bauer’s visual identity.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflows.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrable experience in production coordination and operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Ability to assist with rough cuts and basic editing (DaVinci Resolve experience desirable).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for live events.
