Community Learning Disability Support Worker – Home Visits

A healthcare provider in Wigan is seeking a Support Worker to join their Community Learning Disabilities Team. The successful candidate will provide essential care and treatment to patients in their homes and clinics, focusing on their health and wellbeing. This role requires a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with learning disabilities. Car accessibility is essential due to the nature of the role.
Qualificações
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate required.
