We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the University’s new Curriculum Management System (CMS) for 12 months. As the Curriculum and Academic Quality Manager you will act as the business and data subject matter expert representing Student and Education Services (SES) and the wider user community, ensuring the system meets current and future operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on business and data requirements and play a central role in shaping the design, configuration and implementation of the CMS.
  • Serve as the main communication link between IT colleagues and academic / professional stakeholders, supporting effective process integration.
  • Ensure CMS requirements and design comply with all regulatory, governance and institutional standards.
  • Represent SES and the wider user community, ensuring curriculum governance, course approval, monitoring, and collaborative provision requirements are fully understood.
About You
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate operational needs.
  • Experience supporting systems implementation or process change with strong technical skills.
  • Experience in curriculum management, academic quality, or governance within HE.
  • A clear understanding of curriculum management processes, data requirements and regulatory frameworks.
