Job summary
A commercial fit out specialist is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage projects in the London area. The role involves planning and delivering projects, managing site teams, and overseeing subcontractors. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial fit outs and relevant certifications. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within the commercial fit out sector, ideally within CAT A/B office fit outs.
- Relevant safety certifications like SMSTS and 18th Edition.
- Knowledge of testing and inspection 2391 is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme and budget.
- Manage site teams and Sub-Contractors effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
Skills
OHUK are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Project Manager for an Electrical sub-contractor who specialise in the commercial fit out sector.
- Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality
- Management of site teams
- Know your Scope of Works/Specifications in detail
- Responsible for checking and red pen drawings
- Manage both electronic and paper documents
- Project tracking documentation kept up to date and issued along with the Project Report
- Site Audit Reports for Subbie snags
- Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion
- Sub-Contractor management
- Procurement of Sub-Contractors and Materials
- Responsible for project costs for Variation Accounts
- SMSTS
- 18th Edition
- Testing & inspection 2391 – beneficial
- Able to commute into London for site visits along with the office in West London area when required
- Must have previous experience within the commercial fit out sector, ideally within CAT A / B office fit outs
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and package to work on sites in London and attend the office towards West London area.
