The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design coordination through to installation and completion. Working closely with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations.

• Managing the delivery of HVAC replacement and installation projects
• Coordinating design, procurement, and installation activities
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Managing budgets, risk, and reporting against project milestones
• Liaising closely with the client and supply chain to maintain clear communication and effective delivery

About You

You’re an experienced Project Manager who’s confident managing complex mechanical or M&E projects, ideally within live or operational environments such as manufacturing, logistics, or FM.

You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering HVAC or mechanical replacement projects
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance and risk management
