You have:

• Work experience on large scale software development and deployment.
• BA/BS in Computer Science (or similar) from an accredited university (or in lieu of degree, 4+ years of relevant work experience).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go and/or Java with the ability and interest to learn other coding languages as needed.
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes infrastructure using one of the major CSPs (Azure, GCP, AWS) and SRE best practices (SLOs, burn down alerting).
• Experience with IaC development (Terraform, Crossplane, etc.) using agile and CI/CD best practices (test driven development, progressive deployment).
• Experience with systems configuration management and automation systems (Puppet, Ansible) is a plus.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock's hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
