A recruitment agency is seeking a Development Management Team Leader to support service delivery in the Home Counties. You will lead the team's performance and ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and have over 5 years of experience in planning roles. Flexible working is offered, requiring weekly office presence. Pay rate is £65 per hour.
Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the Home Counties in the search for a Development Management Team Leader on a rolling contract basis.
To be accountable for the efficient and effective delivery of services to customers, for the quality management and cost effectiveness of those services, and for securing continuous service improvement within the framework of corporate strategies.
To allocate and sign off officer reports and provide mentoring and training to member of the team.
The council are happy to offer the post with flexible working arrangements however they would expect the successful applicant to have a weekly office presence.
