Job summary
A respected residential developer in the UK is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to assist in managing luxury residential developments in Berkshire. The ideal candidate should have experience with traditional build schemes, valid CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid certifications. This role offers strong chances for progression within an expanding team and a competitive salary package.
Qualifications
- Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes of luxury apartments and houses.
- Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and first aid certificates are required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing development from inception to completion.
- Manage luxury apartments and townhouses alongside Site Managers.
- Support the completion of developments with opportunities for progression.

Education
Assistant Site Manager – Berkshire – c£40,000 plus package DOE. My client is a highly respected residential developer specialising in new build developments within the Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire areas. They have exclusive developments in Berkshire consisting of luxury apartments and town houses and are expanding site teams.
- Assist Site Manager to oversee the development from inception through to completion, with different phases and stages.
- Work alongside Site Managers to manage luxury apartments (1, 2 & 3 bedrooms) and townhouses up to 4-5 bedrooms.
- Help see the development through to completion with strong chances of progression on site and other developments with a strong pipeline of work.
- Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of luxury apartments and houses.
- Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, first aid certificates.
